You have such an amazing eye! When you sell your properties, do you leave behind all your extraordinary furniture, fixtures, etc? I would hate to part with all of them!
Thank you so much for saying. I love the furnishings and to date have taken them with me. I am not opposed to selling them, as my quest requires changing it up a bit from place to place. It’s part of what I love and what makes the journey fun! Keep following and I hope you have a great new year.
Hi I read about you in the Globe, I have a two family home 224 north Harvard Street Boston, bye Harvard Business school, on the road that leads over Charles into Harvard sq, about 1.5 miles. It was first built by my grandfather, two family, basement is dry and could add bedrooms as other homes do, third floor should be expanded with domers two bedrooms on that floor. Needs total rehab, perhaps rip out everything, perhaps a co deal? I’m also building first cable tv network like HBO, and tv shows like House flippers are not. Open to any ideas.
